Attic Remodel

The homeowners wanted to incorporate a new owner’s suite into their home. They set their sights on the unfinished walk-up attic space of their 1912 brick home. Spectrum Architecture saw its potential to be reimagined into a tranquil and private retreat. A bounty of skylights was installed to invite abundant natural light into the space, while salvaged sun-room windows from a neighboring residence were repurposed to built-in closet doors. The design seamlessly married contemporary convenience with historic charm.
