Proprietor Thomas Grier has broad ranging experience in skillfully enhancing efficiency in architecture projects and does so at a fraction of the rate of large firms. Taking a holistic approach to architecture and project management, he gives respectful consideration to budget parameters, site-specific constraints, and provides a range of options to best achieve client objectives in the most economical manner. Our residential portfolio encompasses both new construction and remodeling, ranging from tiny homes to complex mixed-use developments. 

Licensed in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado and Michigan, Thomas resides with his family in Saint Paul, MN and has a passion for travel, cooking, home restoration/renovation, and spending time in Bluff Country, WI/MN.
